Klein Frank, P.C. Is On a Mission to End Human Trafficking

At Klein Frank, P.C., our legal team is committed to combatting and ending human trafficking. Our attorneys have dedicated themselves to helping clients who have been brought to the United States for domestic, labor, and sex slavery. Victims of these heinous crimes deserve a legal advocate they can trust and who is capable of pursing compensation for the work they have done and the damages they have suffered due to human trafficking.

Klein Frank, P.C. works with law enforcement and law makers to right these wrongs. In fact, our attorneys wrote the 2010 and 2011 Anti-Human Trafficking laws for Colorado. These laws include a provision that gives human trafficking victims the right to sue for three times the amount of their damages and attorney's fee.

In addition to writing new laws to fight human trafficking, our attorney Beth Klein has also been recognized for her work as an advocate for victims. Attorney Klein received the Women’s eNews 21 Leaders Award and was named as one of the “50 Women That You Want On Your Side.” Other notable women to be named to this prestigious list include Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Oprah Winfrey.

Attorney Klein has also served on the steering committee of Demand Abolition, an advocacy group that fights to reduce sex trafficking and commercial sex across the country. She also received the Georgia Imhoff Philanthropy and Activism Award.

Our legal team will continue our efforts to assist victims of human trafficking with their pursuit for justice.  As part of a coalition of more than 500 individuals, professionals, and non-governmental organizations who believe in the goal of ending human trafficking, we believe that focusing on the common practices of human trafficking and writing strong laws to address these issues will give victims the protections they deserve.
